One of the laws says that your landlord cannot force to leave you without any reason. In case, you do not reach the agreement, a court can only cease the lease.

The ‘landlord and the tenant law’ is a branch of private law. There is an organization called Rent Tribunal that deals with disputes between tenants and property owners.
